Joe is an Executive Consultant leading IT recruitment, specialising in the Cyber Security, Infrastructure and Cloud markets. Known for his headhunting approach to hard‑to‑find talent, he supports businesses in securing the specialist technical hires they need to build and scale their IT functions.
Since beginning his recruitment career in 2018, Joe has built a strong track record in targeted searches, including the securing of Microsoft Security MVPs, PowerShell SMEs and hiring full Cyber Security teams for growing organisations. His approach is centred on understanding both the technical detail and the commercial impact of each hire, then delivering against highly specific, often challenging briefs.
Joe is also passionate about supporting candidates throughout the process, ensuring clear communication from initial brief through to offer. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring global cuisines, with Sega Wat, Banh Mi and an East End classic, Pie, Mash & Liquor among his favourites.
