With more than two decades in recruitment, she specialises in building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates through a service built on transparency, trust and honest communication. Known for taking a consultative approach rather than a transactional one, Jackie believes exceptional recruitment comes from understanding people properly, challenging where needed, and always doing what you say you will do.
Alongside leading her own market, Jackie plays a key role in supporting and developing recruiters within her team, translating her experience into practical guidance around relationship-building, credibility and service delivery. She is passionate about helping consultants become trusted advisors in their markets rather than simply filling vacancies, creating a culture where both clients and candidates feel valued throughout the process.
Outside of work, Jackie Is passionate about live music and musical theatre, really any excuse to have a dance and a sing-song! She loves travel, enjoying a European city break as much as she loves hiding away in the Highlands for a few days!
