Before falling in love with recruitment, Mariam studied and practised law, holding a LLB, LLM and BL qualification, which gives her a strong understanding of the legal environment and what firms require from their support teams. This background allows her to work closely with both candidates and clients with a practical and informed approach to hiring conversations.
Outside of work, she’s the happiest in the kitchen, experimenting new recipes, exploring new restaurants and spending time with family.
